We are at Electric City 2021 

On November 23-25 Klingspor Windpower will participate in WindEurope’s event Electric City 2021 in Bella Center, stand E-F10, Copenhagen. Here we will exhibit our semi-automatic mobile sander, our flash-cutter and – as a world premiere – our brand-new mould sander.

From mould to paint

With the mobile sander, flash-cutter and mould sander, we are now able to offer you technical solutions and high-quality consumables throughout the entire process from mould to paint. We hope to give you an in-depth presentation at stand E-F10.

Mobile sander MSS800 3.0

A one-man operated blade sander that guarantees a uniform and consistent finish. MSS800 3.0 simplifies your day-to-day interaction and reduces operating cost by 75 percent or more. Prepared for all future blade sizes.

Dust-extraction system

With the unique dust-extraction system mounted, you are able to move the complete sanding machine into a dust sensitive mould department. The process air is effectively filtered, and all filters are constantly monitored.

Mould sander

The brand-new mould sander secures an even and uniform blade surface quality at all geometries. It provides you an automated solution with a reduced need for labor. Finally it enhances the time between refurbishes.

Flash-cutter

Hand-held machine enables you to cut of the flash extremely close to the blade surface and minimize the additional sanding and after work. The flash-cutter also reduces the amount of dust in the entire blade shop significantly.
